How to open gifted Dragon Mod Packs?

Hey Guys, so i just got a message from Lotus. In the message, it said that i was awarded with 3x Dragon Mod Packs, problem is, i have no clue on how to open them, i thought it opened by themselves, but i've gotten no new mods, where can i find them and open them? I can't seem to find them in my Invetory..

Go to your Mod station and check Recent.

You aren't guaranteed new mods. I already have all the ones the dragon pack gave me

Had the same, checked in mod station. i think i already got them all. Duplicates they are.

Actually, even if you get a new Mod (yay Bullet Dance), it won't be marked as such.

I got a pair of two Crimson Dervishes. :3 Plus a spare Concealed Explosives.

Eh, I got Bullet Dance too. That was the only new mod I had. I even got a Split Chamber, when I think about the time it took me to drop it :c

it was much bette, if system could tell, witch mod was resent like the rencent mods color could be blue or green around them. and after it shows it turn back to normal. i know it is much to ask.
