Nope just a proportional reduction. So if you think about buying it part by part you can but there is no economy. The whole thing is made so you can't buy it multiple times to get the same reward. The point is to be able to upgrade from whichever pack you have without additonal cost. EDIT: Who the hell upvotes reptillicus' message when the answer that he/she has provided is lacking and wrong? I'm not greedy for upvotes but when I'm looking for some answers I'll probably believe most upvoted one. It does for the two first pack i'm sure of it. Its like that since Excal prime. For the Accessorie pack i'm a little unsure but i higly doubt it would behave differently. So every part of the pack you buy, reduces the rest of the pack by that much. This way you can buy it in pieces over the course of the access if you want to get it all.
