Complete Codex Collation

For the sake of convenience I thought it'd be easiest to have a collection of all bugged, incorrect, and/or missing codex entries in one place. I think I know *most* of the stuff here, barring event enemies from before I started, but if you think of anything, post and I'll update this OP. Likewise anything that gets fixed will be removed from the list.

Incorrect Entries

 - Nullifier Target - Should be under Corpus, at the moment is part of no category

 - Lanx - Is listed as an object as opposed to an enemy, as might be expected.

I don't actually know of any entries with any typos, incorrect stats or incorrect drop listings, but tell me and I'll add them.

Bugged Entries

Think these are known problems, but for the sake of completeness...

 - Infested Tumour - Object can be scanned and codex entry exists, but remains greyed-out regardless of how many scans are done.

 - Camera (Object) - Likewise

 - Camera (Enemy) - Again, bugged. Also why both an object and an enemy? *shrugs*

 - Sunrise Apothic - Does not correctly unlock during Silver Grove Quest. Known issue I know, and it's unlocked for some players and not others.

 - Nightfall Apothic - As above.

 - Twilight Apothic - As Above.

 - Transport - For some reason there are two identical codex entries for this.

 - Orbiter (Archwing) - Another entry that doesn't unlock when scanned

Missing Entries

This is based on what has separate scans, not what necessarily *should* have codex entries.

 - Telemetry System (Kuva Fortress) - Assault mode

 - Grineer System (Kuva Fortress)

 - Grate (Kuva Fortress)

 - Common Corpus Storage Container (Archwing)

 - Uncommon Corpus Storage Container (Archwing) No I don't know why these have their own entities instead of just using the normal ones.

 - Corpus Satellite (Archwing)

 - Orokin System (Sabotage) Yes this is a separate entity to the entities used in Mobile Defence, no, I do no know why.

 - Warframe Cryopod (Void Defence/Derelict Defence) The double version of the pod is a separate entity to the single.

 - Warframe Cryopod (Uranus) Again different to the single and to the one found in the void. Helios won't scan this for some reason so you'll have to do it manually.

 - Silver Grove - Scannable only during the last mission of Silver Grove, during defence stage. Don't know why this exists.

 - Button (Lua) - I think there are actually two different button entities on Lua but I'm not actually certain

 - Void Fissure (Lua Spy)

 - Fomorian Power Core

 - Xiphos Turret

 - Kuva Blunt

 - Infested Spawn Pod

 - Infested Spawn Pod (Lephantis)

 - Infested Spawn Pod (Pacifism Defect) - Letting Kavor Defectors die causes them to spawn

 - Large Grineer Exploding Barrel (Grineer Spy)

 - Pherliac Pods - After checking both normal and potent share the same scans.

 - Vaporizer (Infested Salvage)

 - Infested Data Console (Infested Salvage)

 - Corpus Console (Eris Mobile Defence) Oddly any consoles in the large room you can vent are different entities.

 - Rare Orokin Storage Container (Lua Music Room)

 - Braid (TWW)

 - Reinforced Glass (Corpus Rescue) - Cannot for the life of me imagine why this has separate scans. *shrugs*

 - Corpus Rover (Hijack) - Best scanned by Helios

 - Kuva Injector (KF Defence) - Helios will not scan

 - Mobile Defence Object (MR 23 Test)

 - Numerous Orbiter decorations - There's a way of scanning objects placed in the Orbiter that you're almost certainly not meant to be able to do. Managed to scan Ayatan Anasa when placed as decorations this way, but it was a different object.

 - Roller - Lua Stealth Principle Room, no, I have no idea why this exists.

 - Ambulas (Ambulas Reborn bossfight) - Weird extra scans when the Ambulas is underground waiting to pop up I think, was an entry for this but it was removed

 - Ambulas (Ambulas Reborn bossfight) - Another different entity when Ambulas is being lifted up by the Condor, only scannable by Helios

 - Ogma Elite (Archwing)

Unscannable Entities

These exist, but cannot be scanned, the majority of which are because they are enemies spawned by Arena enemies.

 - Reth Roller

 - Deth Carabus

 - Latcher Turret

 - Shock Turret

 - Eradicyst

 - Sanctuary Moa

 - Sanctuary Heavy Gunner

Could do with someone who hasn't scanned all the turrets in the KF checking them out. Some of them share a (non-existent) codex entry, some of them have separate ones, and some are unscannable.

Hey, what about Black Seed Operative? It was able to scan during Black Seed Scourge Tactical Alert, in Capture Phase. Unfortunately I didn´t get it (I did that mission, but forgot to take a scan), but I have investigated other players´ profiles and found that some people have it scanned and its name reads in players profile (on scan list). I don´t know if she/he have his/her own Codex entry, because no one my friends has it scanned, but I´m completionist and want to know what´s happening in this one. I just let you know if you want add this entry in your list. I have investigated this a long time (for example, forums) and found nothing about this. Maybe it´s time to inform of this, because you have very nice list of these things. Good work! 

Edit: This is picture is taken from some player´s profile, he has that scan, but I don´t know Operative´s Codex Entry, I don´t have it anyway.

I could ask some of those players if that scan appears in their Codex, if not, then it would be nice addition to this list

Edit 2.0: One of my friends really was that scan when I did more research and he said that he doesn´t have entry of it. I can link this post to my friend and he can proof more..

Thank you very much! I joined whilst the Halloween event was running so don't have info on any event enemies, so I am reliant on help for that.

And could you please share the detail of "Bailiff Eximus" entry? Does it say where it currently spawns? It's my last missing entry (not counting bugged Security Cameras).

Bailiff Eximus allegedly spawns on Kuva Fortress, either Spy or Assault, though I've never seen them myself.

That is, assuming he works like the rest of the Index enemies and you get a free scan when he is killed.

Same here. I made a support ticket and was told it was known. The silver grove has been out more than 6 months so I am really disappointed.

When the event started, the dropship ones were separate from the boss. A patch consolidated them.

The infested tumor is in the Jordas Verdict and can only be scanned by clients with helios (not host). It spawns in the rare location that you must fill and kill a nerve before decryption. Hope this helps:
