My old warframe character is gone?

Hey all,
So I did some research and I've played the "welcome back - tutorial mission" untill I'm back in my ship with the Arsenal ready.
however, my old Tenno's are still all gone!

How can I reclaim them // reobtain them??
Hope to get some help soon!

I think you get your stuff back AFTER you collect all ship segments. Did you do that?

I've playted the tutorial, I've unlocked the Arsenal.

Aftre not retreiving anything, I've speedrunned (rushed, no kills) the first mission.
Should I rush more?

So you say that there is no more story quest for you to do there after collecting the arsenal?

No, i think there's still some missions available to collect segments or something,
You think I should just unlock every other part of the ship ?

Ahh I tought they meant just unlocking the Arsenal!

Hey there!! I've been playing for some hours now, completed everything on Earth and almost on Neptune, stll no Tenno's back or gear!

Any more tips??
