Lately I've been lucky with the sortie rewards, but very unlucky with the weapons rolled for the rivens. Before the update I mainly got 2k endo. I think I'm qualified to say I understand your feelings. But it is impossible to say they've changed the drop rates without noticing, when there are many other players still getting lots of Rivens after update. The best you can do is patience.
