Accidentally spent platinum

Hello! I accidentally sped my construction on my spira because I thought it was done since the bar was pretty much full (I'm an idiot), is there a way I could get my platinum back?

You can try support. I would advise you not use them until you hear back from support though.

This. Make sure you are as specific as possible with your ticket and make absolutely certain that you don't use the weapon until after you talk to support. Just in case.

Thanks for the replies, but How do I submit a ticket?

At the top of the page there's a tab called Support Desk. From there you select, Submit a request and choose the tab that best describes your situation and explain in detail about how you've gotten into the predicament.

After that, it's a waiting game. Support can reply in a day, or in a couple of weeks depending on their backflow.
