This. Make sure you are as specific as possible with your ticket and make absolutely certain that you don't use the weapon until after you talk to support. Just in case.

At the top of the page there's a tab called Support Desk. From there you select, Submit a request and choose the tab that best describes your situation and explain in detail about how you've gotten into the predicament.

After that, it's a waiting game. Support can reply in a day, or in a couple of weeks depending on their backflow.
