Account suspended ??

Today i try to login for sortie but game says "Account suspended until Jan 01 2035 due to End User License Agreement Violation" but i didnt do anthing wrong. I spend moneys for this game because i love it and i am sure i dont even talk bad to any people. Sometimes i give mods or parts for free who needs them, i help peoples on chat a lot. What i do wrong ? I dont use antivirus, i cant got any virus and i dont use any third party program. Well nVidia experience is third party i guess but there is no way to get banned for this am i right ? I send a ticket but last time i was trying to contact with support, one week later they respond. I dont understand, why ?

We really can't help you here. I hate that this happened to you, if you didn't do anything wrong. You're only course of action is a support ticket and wait.

They rarely crack down on Licence infractions (RevxDev had their multiple accounts going for how long before they got banned?), but it might pay to open up the licence agreement and do a quick scan on possible infractions. I doubt it's a 3rd party program, but they might believe you have 2 accounts to get benefits from Gifts of the Lotus if it's two people playing in the same PC. This is jut an example anyway.

At any case; contact support and politely ask for information as to what exactly you did wrong. Then try to apologize and fix whatever it was.

As Neo_182 posted only support can do anything, nobody on the forums can possibly know why you got banned nor can we actually unban you. Hopefully support respond quickly for you
