Restrictions for side account

I kinda want to start the game again with a side account from the beginning while waiting for the next update, while also doing my daily stuff on my main one. What are the restrictions or is it even allowed? 

I`ll guess that those two accounts can not interract with one another, but is being in the same clan allowed?

Pretty much this, as long as they do not interact with each other it should be fine, same clan should not be a problem.

In general you are not allowed to make another account but most important one is that you can not trade platinum from your alternative accounts to main one when you have used a log in coupon to buy platinum. That is pretty much one what will get your side and main account banned.
