I need help with a clan emblem problem

I had a friend of mine to make me a clan emblem but I can't seem to remove the white background which makes my clan emblem look like a S#&$ty meme if anyone has any idea on how to remove the white background please tell me thank you

Was the image saved in a format that doesn't have an alpha channel? If so, the background will probably default to white. Clan emblems need to be saved as 128X128 pixel .PNG files.

You can send me that picture or a link to that picture and if it's not too complicated, I should be able to remove the white background with my drawing program.

This tool can be used to make transparent background.

http://pixlr.com/editor/

1. Upload your picture.

2. Double-click the lock to allow editing.

3. Select the wand.

4. Click on the background and press Delete.

You want plain background for that, though.

5. Save the image as .PNG.

That's how I made the background of my emblem transparent.
