If you're talking about things like the snipetron then probably not. They did put the Gorgon blueprint on the Heavy Gunners, so why not put the Snipetron blueprint on the Sniper Crewman? Because it was removed for not fitting in with the lore and replaced with the Lanka, considering you can't link it in chat they probably don't even want people remembering it was a thing. Until replayable quests are a thing, we unfortunately cannot get those again, and as for the Gorgon Wraith, it's appeared a few times but was absent all last year.
