Closing the metal replacement doors and locking them for the night, the trio spend the remainder of the night finishing up cleaning the bar, before heading back behind the kitchen and into their humble abode, using the remainder of the prepared foodstuffs for a light supper.

As the group winds down over tea, Jane's the first to speak up, the earlier evening's events still playing in her mind.

"That was a crazy afternoon, even more than usual I mean." Jane says, disbelief still dripping out of her voice while she paces around the small living room. "I can't believe I met a Tenno and walked away with it! They even gave me a hug! I mean it was a little bit weird but still, an actual Tenno!"

"Speaking of which dear~" Lily notes, that porcelain smile never leaving her face. "There's something Florence and I need to tell you, if you haven't figured it out already~"

"...Sure?" Jane says, sliding down and squeezing between her two moms.

Lily reaches up to her choker and flips the small switch, and shortly after the telltale white scars reappears on her face. Lily opens her one closed eye fully, the touch of the void glowing out.

"Everyone in this room, including your aunts earlier are the Tenno from your storybooks~"

A silence blankets the room, the air so still you could hear a pin drop. Jane's mouth hangs down so low one might think she would trip over it. Finally after what seems like an eternity, Jane can only get one thought out.

"........WhaaaATTT?!!!" escapes her lips. If she wasn't sitting on the sunken couch already, Jane would have dropped to the floor, her legs losing all feeling.

"So you mom," Jane points at Lily, "mother, Aunt A, and Aunt M are all the space warrior ninja boogeymen from ancient times?!!" Jane's finger travels around the room, point to each of them as she lists them down. Finally point at herself, Jane can only utter: "....am I a Tenno too?"

At that comment both Aria and Lily break into laughter: Aria's loud and hearty, Lily's polite and serene, covering her mouth with the back of her hand.

"No silly, unless you want to be one by association~" 

"Physically speaking, becoming a Tenno is painful on many levels, and sometimes fatal: both for yourself and everyone around you." Florence calmly states, putting an arm around Jane's shoulder. "To us though, you pretty much *are* one in everything but name."

"That...is...awesome!" Jane shouts, a grin plastered from ear to ear. Her entire family is made up of the the secret warriors of the sword and gun, trying to bring balance to the solar system?! This beats the earlier bar debacle by a mile! "...But, why tell me this now?"

"Because dear~" Lily conveys sweetly. "Your mother and I think it's time for you to spread your wings and see the world beyond the sand and rock~ After Mia and Aria arrived bearing news, we think you're ready to take a bigger step forward, both into our world, and the sea of stars~"

"...I get to go into space...? Alongside my space ninja family?! HOLYSMOKES, THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!" Jane yells at the top of her lungs with excitement. If her smile grew any wider it would fuse at the top and turn into a circle. "When do we go?what should I pack?what am I going to see?-" Jane gets interrupted by a paper bag shoved into her face, courtesy of Florence.

"Breathe, it's required for most things to stay alive." Florence evenly says. "We're heading out within a week, maybe sooner depending on circumstance. We're going to be packing everything here that isn't nailed down, and possibly the nails too. As for the sights," Florence cracks a faint smile while Jane brings her breathing under control, the first she's shown since Mia and Aria arrived, and in a long time. "It's a big solar system, so there's going to be a lot."

"We start packing tonight, containers and crates can go in the living room~ We'll take care of  moving things into our transport while you get yourself sorted out~"

Jane can only nod her head in amazement. Within one night her entire worldview has been turned upside down, and now she gets to go sailing off into the stars and planets above with some of the most well trained family members that have ever existed! It'll be a wonder if she gets any sleep tonight.

Despite the flurry of activity, the couples' eyes are alert as ever.

"Are we good to go~?" Lily asks Florence as she sweeps her midnight hair back over her shoulders as she slides open a hidden floor where the sunken table used to be.

"Looks like it." Florence replies as she and her hound walk into the barren living room, finishing moving the last of her medical gear.  Tossing Jane a water bottle, Florence and Lily exchange glances. Jane recognizes that look; it's the look they make whenever something serious was about to go down. Quickly downing the water bottle and storing it into her rucksack, the wired teen suits and holsters up.

"Glad to see you're staying on top of things." Florence flatly remarks, giving Jane a nod. "Hopefully we can start this trip uneventfully, but we'll see what the people outside do. For now though, we're all ready to head out." 

Lily finishes fiddling with the small space under the rockspace, slides the floor back into place and climbs back out and makes her way towards the duo. "Yes we are~" she sweetly says. 

Down in the small space, the unmistakable numbers of a timer glows brightly red.

(there we go, rekerjiggered for when the eventual fan gets hit by foreign objects)

Satisfied with the burned remains in the ship, Bojaun revved his engines, the Itzal sending him skyward as he made a bee line for Dodge.

J'Taav stood with his hands clasped behind his back as he watched the tenno file back into the town. Sarah had pulled a chair out of a nearby house and reclined lazily. Beside the two of them, the Constable could be seen lying on his back, his hat covering his face. He wasn't moving.

The pair of birdlifters and their pilots made good time back to the darkened settlement. (I forget, does Dodge have lamps?) As they reach the outskirts, they coast down and drop their feet onto the ground, Archwings detaching and flying back off into the night sky. 

The Nyx P fades into invisibility while keeping in step with the Valkyr beside her as they walk into the town center.

(and with that, I'm off for the night, and for the next day or so until I get to a proper internet connection again. see you guys soon!)

He looks at the Aria and, roughly, where Mia was. Finally, he looked back at J'Taav.
"What exactly did he say?" He asked, returning his attention back to the corpse.

As Sarah rounds the corner, a set of invisible eyes can be felt by Sarah gazing into the back of her head; not accusing, or pitying, just staring into her like a bird staring into the splashing waves below.

Aria noisily climbs out of the fountain, tiny streams of vapor already rising off her frame as she steps out. Getting on all fours, she gives herself a vigorous shake, droplets splashing onto anyone nearby like a pet coming out of the rain.

A grineer dropship rose from the settlement and quickly flew away in the direction of the wrecks.

Once the dropship put some distance between itself and the tenno, the body of the Constable disappeared.

Aria's Elytron soars down from a cloud cover and CLICKS onto her waist, slowly lifting her feet off the ground.

"Let me know how the dripship goes; there's things that need ripping and tearing, and I'm nothing if not commited to my craft~" Aria purrs lowly, deliberately mispronouncing the word. With that, her engines roar to life and she takes off towards the sea of stars. As she accelerates, a line of void energy can be seen firing off from her, attaching to a decloaking Scimitar which she uses to piggyback up and away.

"...sorry, she's in a bad mood after being run around with not a lot to show for it..." Mia quietly apologizes mentally.

"...that said; though the tower's an obvious trap, nothing good will come of leaving it alone either..."

The clanking of mechanics fill the air as a decloaking Itzal and Nyx P appear into view beside the naked figure and Leveret.

"...I'll keep an eye on her, keep in touch..."

With that, the Mia and her ride disappear like a candle being snuffed out. Up in the air, the blinked Archwing reappears in the sky and it's silenced engines glow like fireflies as the Tenno chases after Aria, a decloaking Liset in hot pursuit.

"Good luck up there." Bojaun said plugging in the coordinates for the fleeing dropship.

"What about you? You heading up there two?" Bojaun asked Leveret.

A deafening boom resounded throughout the area as the grineer ship vanished, leaving nothing but a circle of flames behind. (What happens when grineer ships in poe despawn/'warp away')

Tracking them would be fruitless at this point.
