Kamuyamato Posted March 2, 2017 Author Share Posted March 2, 2017 Did it several times. With or without skip the cinematic, in team or solo, try all my frames...no Lephantis. To be precise...sometimes there is a healthbar (grey, so you cant do damage) but no head. One time i have luck and the Heads show up and i managed to get in phase 2, but one head dont attack, so you cant do any damage to it...:(.
