Mouse won't go to the right or bottom of the screen

So, got myself a shiny new monitor (3440x1440 resolution) and fired up Warframe to see how pretty it looked after changing resolution and settings. Inside missions everything works fine but outside missions my mouse won't go to the right or bottom of the screen. Left and top is ok. I was in full screen and my display option is 3440x1440 so changed to borderless and it set the resolution to 2993x960?? Basically my mouse is stuck in that area even though my in-game resolution and my desktop are 3440x1440. My EE.cfg confirms that the game is running at the correct resolution. My specs are Windows 7 x64, 16Gb DDR4, i5 4690K, Samsung Evo 850 Pro and a GTX970 Strix.

Anyone got any ideas because playing at 960p offends my eyes!

Right-click desktop and select Personalize. Click Display at the bottom left. Don't select Larger - 150%!

I'll just have to get used to tiny text I guess

Set resolution. Reset game. Done.

It's what happens when you set the resolution in the game :P Just set and reset until it works.

I've been trying that since yesterday and it isn't working. I have tried ALT+Tab and reinstalling twice but neither fixed it :(
