(Xbox One) Clan Emblem not updating

Submitted a clan emblem design close to 15 days ago. It has neither been accepted or rejected. There have been a number of hotfixes since submission where the elmblem should've been implemented.

My question is: Is this normal to have to wait this long on console? If not, who do I speak to in order to have this matter rectified?

i think you have to wait until an actual update not just a hotfix, another option would be to submit a support ticket

Thanks, though on the submission page they do use the word "hotfix" as well as "uppdate". I'll wait a bit longer before submitting a ticket. I'm sure clan emblems aren't exactly a priority for DE.

I know on pc you get an inbox message in game that tells you when it's approved, have you recieved that yet?

As far as I can tell the last Xbox One update was February 9, 22 days ago.  However, I would expect a response in your inbox, one way or the other, much faster than that.  

They do occasionally get behind in emblem processing, but after two weeks I would be pinging support to see what's up.
