I'm a noob on building weapons i came up with this in warframe builder just wondering if i'm missing anything or could improve in some way

I would use Infected Clip over Bladed Rounds. The Viral status proc is too good to go without.

Pure Toxic against Corpus via Infected Clip and Malignant Force.

Viral against high lvl Infested or Unarmored Grineer. Use Blast against Infested under lvl 100 long as you have Primed Cryo.

Corrosive Status against high lvl Armored enemies. Or in case of your Riven a Hybrid status/crit build.

You can also do a Radiation Crit build which can go a decent level range against Void Armor enemies but eventually Corrosive status will win.

Zarr's biggest advantage over something like Tonkor is that it's status viable. Even capable of 100% status with a Riven.

The initial shot can proc in addition to every bomblet.

you need a second Elemental to deal any Damage. replace either Bladed Rounds or Heavy Caliber.

 

and then for preferences, Status Elementals can be nice as long as you use the two Mods in a mix or primarily use the Cannon Mode.
as the Cannon Mode can have very respectable Status Output.
