How do u attach pictures in posts?

most people just use a picture hosting website, and put in the url it pops back out at you.

an example: http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload

You need to upload whatever you want to post online, there's no way around that.

Next either click the insert other media tab at the bottom right and type the URL or type ["img] (Image URL) ["/img] without the quotes

you can upload it to sites like imgur.com, then copy the image url then paste it here, it automatically converts the html to a picture, if in some cases that it doesnt, put the url in the middle of (remove the spaces)

Upload your image to sites like imgur if you don't have your own web host.  Then, click on the "Insert other media" tab that's above the Submit Reply button.  Chose "Insert image from URL" and then paste the url of your image in that text box.  Even easier way is that you can also paste the url right in the main text editing window and your link will be automatically embedded or you can keep it as a link instead.

If we are speaking from PS4, then u must save pic on USB storage first, after that u can follow instructions from our PC friends.
