Allowed to make a PC account if you use console?

I just wanted to know if this was allowed...

Yes, you can have an account for console and one for PC. DE  only prohibits interactions between accounts of the same person, not their existence. Since, in your case, they are on different platforms and can't interact with one another, you don't have to worry.

I have both a PC and PS4 account. In case you were going to ask - no, nothing is shared between them in any way. They are completely separate from each other.

Unless you are @(PS4)LeBlingKing69 then no, this isn't allowed, you cannot share accounts.

If you are then it's fine plenty of people have both console and PC accounts so they can play with friends and be able to play updates.

Edit: I guess someone else can make the account specifically for you if they don't intend to use it but that wouldn't really make any sense...
