Carrier Prime Cerebrum?

Ok, I have scoured the internet for this thing..and I can only find that it is on vaulted relics. Does anyone know what relic the cerebrum is on that isn't vaulted right now? I can find the other 3 pieces on current relics, but can't find a relic that has the cerebrum. Help! Lol..

Carrier Prime is currently vaulted. That means it no longer is in the reward tables and is unavailable for farming unless you have one of the vaulted relics. Best bet is to buy it on the market.

Carrier isnt vaulted. Cerebrum is listed as uncommon on Meso N3.

you could see that the cerebrum is still on meso N3 uncommon.

Carrier Prime isn't vaulted yet (Unless consoles have separate vaultings from PC). It gets vaulted with Ash Prime. Meso N3 is a current relic with it as a drop.
