Updating Account Failures

I with four other random people went to Xini, Eris, and went 32 rounds and left. As we were leaving, my account and mine alone failed to update, and when I got back to my Orbiter I was forced to close out. When I logged back in, nothing was saved, and my name wasn't placed on the leaderboard as proof. 

Is there seriously no way to recover from this? Did I really spend over 2 and 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing?

Sending a warframe support ticket with the names of the players you were in a squad with and the time that you either started or ended the mission is usually enough to get you whatever you rightfully earned. The downside is that this takes 3 to 5 business weeks
