How do I open this door?

In the very back of my ship there are three doors, the one in the symbol has a lighted symbol on it and the other two nothing, My friend who got Nidus can go into the left one when facing the middle. I have beaten Stolen Dreams but idk how to get through the middle door.

2 of 3 doors are openable, but are part of quests, so continue to clear your star chart and unlock junctions and you will get there.

Do the second dream quest it gives you the secret that's behind the middle door

You have to complete the Second Dream to figure out what's behind that door.
It's related to that Quest, and it's quite the special reveal. (for those who don't know already. :3)

Nidus (or fully matured cyst) for left door,

Second dream for middle door,

no current way to open the right door.
