IIRC, Kohmak has innate punchthrough, so the 2nd one has a redundant stat.

412% damage is also much more effective than 176% multishot on most every weapon except for some status weapons that will get more proc rolls (and even then, that's a lot of damage). My vote is for the first.

In any case, Warframe Builder has Rivens for every weapon now, you can test your builds there.
