Was Hirudo Nerfed?

Hey all, sorry to bother this, but I heard from a friend that Hirudo was nerfed, specifically that its per-hit healing was capped. I didn't notice this when using it though, and couldn't find anything online. Anyone know if this is true, or maybe it's an upcoming change mentioned in a devstream? Again, sorry for the bother, and thanks for your time.

Ah dammit, silly me. I assumed you talked about one of the 2 new weapons from Octavia's Anthem. Still learning those names e-e
