The description reads, "Hardens skin, fortifying against damage while restricting movement." Would this help say the sortie hostage target to keep them from moving to undesirable locations? 0 Arezael Posted April 8, 2017 Share Posted April 8, 2017 "Restricting movement" in this case means making them move through treacle: they walk/run significantly slower. It does not stop them from making boneheaded pathing choices in any way whatsoever, it will just make it more painfully slow.
