I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

Ground Rules:

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

Yeah, all that's there is an arpeggio a bit over an octave wide, which is too wide for the Mandachord.

Tried pretty hard, but you have to split it up between the bass and melody and it sounds dumb.

As commenters on YouTube remind me on a monthly basis, it's the same theme for most of the Elder Scrolls series, and the tempo varies among its incarnations.  It's also in 6/8 time, which you cannot fit on a Mandachord without making compromises.

0:37-0:50 should work pretty well, with some finagling with the timing a bit, as the bulk of the tune is on just 3 instruments so i'm very hopeful it'll come out well!

Sorry, you can't fit the melody part on a Mandachord.
