I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

  • Everyone gets one, if I can.
  • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
  • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
  • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
• No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
• If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
• Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
• "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
• I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

Q : Octavia Prime is vaulted, how do I get the Bombast instrument set?
A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

• Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
• Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
• Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

You can't make it longer? It feels cut off. Try from 1:20 - 1:50? Also there is another one from the beginning 0:35 -1:00.

2:45 - 3:10 also sound nice. A guitar solo at 3:10 -3:40 if possible.

I only have eight seconds to work with, man.

You mentioned 1:00, so that's what I did.  1:20 doesn't work as well, the 0:35 bass line works even less well, and there's no way the solo at 3:10 is going to work.

2:45 would work, but I read your comment as being specifically about the beat at 1:00 so I didn't go that far.

If you listen to the whole song, it sounds like repeat except the guitar solo part. Hope DE adds more option so eventually it will work. Try 2:45 too. See if it is any different. I mean if the mandachord song is just off by a bit. DE should use this as an example to fix their mandachord as most of the beat are constant repeat. Beat It! Wolf of Saturn Six! I say Beat It! Ability to make it longer would be nice.

The whole song is definitely not a repeat.  There are three distinct beats, distinguished mainly by the bass line: The opening bass solo and chorus (0:45, 1:27, etc), the verses and guitar solo (1:00, 3:11, etc), and the break (2:44).  The bass line for the opening and chorus spans an octave and a half, so it's not happening.  The other bass lines will fit, but you need a melody and the only ones that work are the first half of the verse and the break.  

I did the verse because it's distinctive and you asked for it.  But it looks like tonight is going to be slow, so I'll do the break, too.
