I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

Ground Rules:

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

Hello.

I would like to say a big thank you for this collection. And I would like to ask a question about this composition, is there a way to do it in the Mandachord?

The part of the song that starts at 00:37 may be slowed down.

I've got two requests, both from the mobile game Arknights. I checked, and they're both D minor pentatonic - the only two songs I can find in this game that are.

1. Art of Blade by Obadiah Brown-Beach - preferably the chorus at 0:52 ("Yes, I'm on fire... ...the day is mine")

2. Burn Me to the Ground by Jason Walsh - preferably the drop at 0:22 ("Silver and gold...")

Those seem to be the only parts of both songs that fit into the Mandachord's range, but they do fit perfectly note-wise, other than the second potentially having pacing issues.

Feels disrespectful to ask directly after seeing all the time and energy that goes into the process, but you're an absolute miracle worker with the Mandachord and I'd love to hear your interpretation of a few MF DOOM(RIP)/Madlib beats. Buckeyes, Arrow Root, Raid, Styrax Gum, Datura Stramonium, Change the Beat's instrumental, and Accordion sound like they'd be fun to hear. Thank you!
