Question about trade mechanics.

I want to get into trading and i'd like to know something:

If i go to a trading station (in the dojo) and then invite someone will they be able to enter or do we have to enter at the same time?

I'm asking because my PC sucks and loading takes forever so the person i'm trading with might think i changed my mind.

1. You msut be at least mastery rank 2 and have dojo ( clearly you have it )

2. If your PC is slow, you can always ask the guy to invite you.

-> This way, it will be up to him to invite you or not

3. After you invite him / he invite you, go to trading station

-> In there, find his name and click on it

-> then the system will wait till he response

OR

if he invite you jsut accept it

 

to know how fast the trade will take place, when he invite see the ping. If the system show warning of 300 ping, you will take at least 3 second for each action

You mean 0.3 seconds?.. is ping not measured in ms?

You need to be in your dojo before you invite the person you're going to trade with.

Make sure you set your matchmaking to something other than 'Solo' before going to your dojo.

Normally when i encounter 300 ping, in whatever game, 300 ping = 3 sec delay / 2 sec +

you both need to be there either his dojo or yours

I meant me being in the dojo and him "floating in space" then me inviting him.

No, you don't have to enter at the same time. You can just sit there and invite someone, just make sure that you are not set to solo, as others have mentioned. Then once the other person enters your dojo, interact with the trading machine and invite the person to a trade by clicking on his/her name.

300 ms = 0.3 secs, in a fast paced game makes a lot of difference but it is not 3 seconds
