Lith/Meso reactant count

If you're talking about Defense / Interception missions, that's probably (at least in part)
because enemies die more easily and thus faster, before they're given a chance to be corrupted.

I've had Lith / Meso Defenses where I was at ~5 Reactant at the end of the first wave
while in others, with much more kill-happy Squad members, I only reached that number by wave 4.

In general though, whether or not a corrupted enemy group drops zero, one or even multiple pieces of Reactant
seems indeed very irregular and might need some kind of forced drop mechanic or something rather than being this random.
