Mag Magnetize bubble inconsistent size

Was doing Mag-only LoR raid - and the size of the magnetize bubble I was casting was inconsistent - about 50% of the time it was as if I had no range mods installed and was very small, and 50% of the time it was large properly recognizing my 235% power range.

Stage 1: it was always small

Stage 2: half the time it was small, half the time it was correct size 

Stage 3: most of the time it was correct, but about 1/5 the time it was small.
