AEP8FlyBoy
This has happened to me a few times in the past few weeks. Only happens for me while in Warframe as well. No other programs have done this to me. The game will be running fine, but after a transmission from the Lotus while in your Landing Craft, her transmission window will stay open and keep playing her default animations. But then the sound will just cut out after a few seconds. A complete game reset is required to fix it. Turns out that something in Warframe cuts the service for Audio in Windows. I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit. And this wasn't actually an issue for me until just about a week ago. Here's a little snippet of the crash log. If an EE.log from me would help with seeing if this is indeed a problem, just let me know.
[DE]George
Please check your Windows sound settings to make sure you have everything hooked up correctly. Also, in Options->Sound check to make sure the audio output device is the correct one for your system. If trying the above does not work then try this: 1. On the Warframe launcher, click the little gear icon on the top right. In the Download Cache section hit "Verify" and "Optimize". 2. If that doesn't work then please try re-installing the game. Let us know if either of these two solutions work. Thanks again.
