Fissure missions

I have been away for a long time and when i came back to play, fissure missions were new to me. Collect 10 and receive a reward. However i have had issues with that.
Today was the 3d time i encountered it. What i mean by is that, i collect 10 reactant, but they do not count as collected and thus i get no reward. What might be the problem?
Do i collect them too fast? How can i avoid that happening again?

What mission you were doing whould help already.

Defense or Survival if the counter starts to the enxt wave it resets them, if oyu had 10 you can choose reward i you ahda relcit equiped, without you only get the void traces.

Overall might be a host issue.

You must equip a Relic to get a reward, since you need to collect reactant to open them.

also you should note that at the end of the mission if you collected 10 reactant you get  void traces. you can use these to refine relics to give you a better chance of getting higher tier rewards.

I know that i have to have relic equipped. I am speaking about the same issue with the relic equipped.
