How can I get excalibur prime and how to get prime weapons and warframe ..please confirm

Excalibur Prime is completely unobtainable as of now. 

Other Prime equipment can be farmed for by acquiring Relics and equipping them for Void Fissure missions. 

Alternatively, save yourself the trouble and possible humiliation, and go check the wiki.

Excaliber prime is impossible to get as a new player.  People go a bit insane if someone mentions it on forums, as they tend to forget not every one knows this.

Every other prime can be obtained through the relics and fissures in the game, unless it is vaulted. http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Prime_Vault

In short, there are some weapons/frames(e.g. Excalibur Prime, Lato Prime, Skana Prime) that are not obtainable by any means.
Those are limited edition such as from event and Founders Program.

To answer your questions, OP:

1) Excalibur Prime was a Founder exclusive. Something for the original players and supporters of the game to obtain, and he won't ever be available again. It may sound crappy, but it's the way things are, and it's not gonna change.

2) Other Prime weapons and Warframes are available via Relics, which come as mission rewards. Some Prime items, however, are unavailable because they were removed from the drop tables to make room for new things. You can trade for these unavailable things, but most of them are fairly expensive.

The appropriate page to the current unavailable Primes was linked above by Xerkin. Everything not on that list can be gotten in the game right now, except for Excalibur, Lato, and Skana Primes (as said before cannot be gotten at all).
