You're going to have to elaborate on what you need.

All I do with mine is plug it in and play, albeit I go via Steam Big Picture. Tweaked the sensitivity a little in the options, reassigned some buttons as needed and pretty much it from there.

And of course, bear in mind that one person's preferred set up won't necessarily suit you.

The biggest issue you would have with this controller is how well it's supported in Windows.  As for settings, you should be cool with the default settings in the controllers software itself.  Then you can just adjust the settings in Warframe (using the ingame sliders) to your liking.
