Why Natural Talent isn't an Exilus mod?

It's a QoL mod yet is treated like every other that boosts power duration etc, while there is the thing called Speed Drift, that has partially the same purpose, and it is an Exilus.

Why? It makes no sense.

Speed Drift work exactly the same as other Drift mods, it give exilus stat merged with a low power boost.

Honestly, cast speed is just useless on most of the warframes but when used well, it can make a build totally broken. Without this mod, my most powerful build would not work correctly (I will not say what is it because it's my baby <3).

It's not entirely quality-of-life (then again, there's a lot of Exilus mods that are a lot more than QoL, so that may not be saying much).  Having a faster casting speed is very useful on powers that have slow casting times and force you to remain immobile - Mag's Crush, Nekros's Shadows of the Dead, Frost's Avalanche, etc.
