You may think you have it filled up, but not quite be there yet. My memory is a little hazy, but I think this may have happened to me where I thought I was finished with a stage, but I wasn't yet. It was not at all clear to me how many I needed from the get go, and that was frustrating. To make matters worse, you need less for each progressing stage, but it doesn't tell you that, it just fills faster -- making it easy to get confused. It isn't well explained at all. I was thinking like, a counter that shows up in mission whenever you kill one of the needed enemies, and shows how many you have killed out of your overall goal. Like you kill your 15th seeker and it says 15/60 or something. And the vessel could glow and pulse much brighter when finished, to make it really obvious it's complete.
