Is there any hope for a non crit Aklex Prime build?

The Aklex Prime is easily my best weapon at the moment especially with the riven mod I have, and don't get me wrong I love wrecking face with it and one clicking stuff, but I don't like one clicking things 50-70% of the time. I've never been a fan of critical chance in games and was wondering if there's anyway I could get a build that can perform just as good as the best crit build out there. You guys have any ideas?

Thats the beauty of Warframe, you can simply take those crit mods out and replace them with straight damage mods, you might need a few forma though.
You could also just use a different weapon with high base damage and no crit stats so you aren't even tempted to use crit mods.

around 60k burst DPS with no crit mods and your riven, I'd say that's absolutely viable (better than many weapons will ever dream of). But I can't tell you that it's "as good" as crit builds (not that it matters for your specifications)

Why do you want to remove the critical from a critical weapon? If you want sheer dmg, use an euphona.

Like I said I've never been a fan on relying on RNG for my damage, and what's holding me back from using something the most is the Riven I have.

Use a weapon that suits your tastes.

I know this isn't exactly the answer you're looking for but if you have hydraulic crosshairs you can bring aklex prime up to around 105% crit chance while active. Pretty much eliminates RNG, infact it has more consistency then if you just left it at the base 25% crit chance :P

Actually just realised the real issue is you don't have primed pistol gambit, pistol crit builds become MUCH more consistent with PPG, getting ahold that will totally change your views of crit builds in general.

As mentioned, get PPG and it will change your Aklex P a lot!!!

With PPG, Aklex will have approx 70% chance to crit. With both multishot mods, the aklex will always shoot 2 bullets and 80% of the 3. Which means that you will almost always crit every shot.
