free exceptional grade relics?

is this a bug or is this actually intended because one of my messo n4 relics is at exceptional grade yet i don't remember setting it like that. i mostly go radiant or bust. someone is trying to say it was intended but i highly doubt it unless one of DE's members tell me it is intended. anyways no matter if it is actually intend or not i don't like it because that relic is stuck on exceptional.

You probably got it from endless reward.

It can vary from intact/flawless/exception/radiant if you stay long enough.

usually at the 5th relic you open in an endless fissure mission you get an intact relic, idk if you can get one with more upgrades at 5 or maybe staying longer but this can be the case

They already do.

Reactant count is affected by the Resource Bonus you get from the 2nd relic opened onward.
