purchased 2 digital tickets but recived 2 emails with the same code

this is serious my freind spent $40 in total for a didigtal ticket for him and for me and the tennocon fqa said you could buy one for a freind but when the emails came out he got 2 with the exact same code in them and we cant help but feel he just got scammed out of $20 has any of this happend to you?

a note we already did send a ticket to support about this but juding this is 72 hours support may not get to us in time this is a outcry that they said we could gift it but its the same email is this a glitch? thats why im here asking if anyone has this issue

but my freind is offline atm so i might message him to see if there is another prehaps if so ill close the thread maybe just impacient i guess :P but we did wait around 30 ish minutes i think but then again they take awhile to come like the launch of tennocon guess ill have to wait till he comes on
