The game seems extremely buggy today

Been playing with my friends and we're getting constant host migrations and are having to keep rejoining each other, Only started happening today.

Usually its fine because i can rejoin but its happening every mission and it just kicked me out and wouldn't let me rejoin so it made me lose loads of gear i was grinding hours for :(

It randomly tells me i have Strict NAT and then it tells me its all fine, Ive tried port forwarding but it never works for anything i try

then look up on how to forward a port on your wifi or internet router, but only if you own that router, if a company gave you the router to use with a modem, doing that violates a term of service agreement.

I know how too, Its never worked in anything ive tried in the past and it hasnt worked when i tried it for warframe

if there is a security attached to the internet connection there will always be a problem, until warframe changes its net code, like alot of changes, your problem will persists

Try sending a ticket to support. Hopefully you'll get some help there.
