no melee riven after chains of harrow?

I completed the chains of harrow quest and I got the harrow blueprint like normal  and thought that was the only reward.  then I saw that someone say that you are supposed to get a melee riven after completing the quest but I didn't get one.  are you supposed to get a melee riven for completing the quest?  is there something special you need to do for it?

Actually, you had to have bought him before even activating it.

I believe it can be the bundle while still getting the Riven if you want. But yes, Harrow himself is enough.
