I mean that - ammo maximum. this is really harmful to Amprex.

That's a little subjective, don't you think? He didn't say perfect Amprex riven either. There's also more harmless negatives than +recoil and -zoom. 

Anyways, it's a "godly" riven for what it's worth since the negative doesn't affect the damage output.

On the Amprex, it's mandatory to run ammo mutation or carrier sentinel or use a lot of ammo pads. There's really no way around it.

Suuuuuuuuuuure you already run carrier with the amprex, the 25% ammo max isn't doing anything with that.

In this case, as long as reserve ammo make another full clip, it doesn't matter.

So you have only really good bonus (punch through being amazing on amprex), with an non relevant negative for the default amprex setup.

Riven looks pretty good.

obviously if you don't use carrier with ammo case for an amprex, well you are not really good at maxing an amprex.
