Win 10 (edu) warframe is glitched unplayably,

patching can't resume loading if cancelled, has to start from beginning,

most things are glitched, pixelated in rectangular shapes and led colors,

static white noise instead of voices and sounds, getting stronger if something plays, or if seeing glitched areas 

missions don't load in, i get redirected to nav segment

 

need help or reference for other forums about this

Do other games work? Did you try and redownload the Game? Drivers up to date? Specs of your Pc?

This sounds like bad RAM. I saw all of the things you describe a while ago which was down to my RAM corrupting the game assets.

it worked on win 2007 with same hardware on low specs, and even win 10 without issues in the past

yes, yes multiple times, yes, 4gb ram, 1000mbit/sec net,a mid tier i3 processor, game used to run perfectly with win 7 ult, and a different version of win 10
