Recommend me some arcanes?

I don't do raids so I'm kinda new to this whole arcane thing. What low-price, high-reward arcanes would you recommend to me? And what frames would I put them on?

Arcane Victory. 

Headshots have a chance to regenerate 2% health per second for 8 seconds on headshot at 8% chance. 

Any. 

It should be noted that these do not have to be headshots kills. So radial effects like Syndicate weapons, powers, melee, and the Zenistar disk all have a chance to start your healing. Though it's a low number, the ability to activate it from a safe place is valuable and should not be scoffed at. 

Other than that, all the arcanes go from terrible effects and lol prices (Arcane Deflection for nothing) to ludicrous effects and lol prices (Arcane Energize for 3000 platinum a full (10) stack.

My personal favourites are energize, victory and tempo. 

Energize is expensive so that drops off. The other two are affordable.

Victory is a safer arcane grace and is best used with AoE and high firerate weapons.

Tempo only really works when youhave a shotgun that needs firerate.

I run these two on my Nova/Kohm combo so they work great together.
