Comcast appears to be blocking the latest update of Warframe

Just as the title reads, I attempted to download the new Warframe update today, and was greeted with the launcher getting stuck on downloading updates (9.1MB), and then going to the "Update Failed! The content servers are unavailable" screen. It would appear that all of my friends who have Comcast have the same problem I do (I also have Comcast), while my friends with AT&T do not experience this issue.  Any help would be appreciated.  :)

I'm on Spectrum (Time-Warner) and have the same issue.

I have comcast and am unable to download the update. I get the same response from the launcher.

Just started updating on my end (finally) at a low data rate. Somehow, I doubt there's that much network congestion in the middle of the day through to the evening on a Thursday.

...have you tried to cycle power Off, then On your Router and restart your PC?

That is a shame, too bad about that Net Neutrality thing right? I hope its just a glitch on Comcast/Time Warner's sides.

You sure hope so, but anyone can tell you it not good in the long run.

The Peoples/Consumers on the other hands is the one receiving this bad results. 

You think it end well, I hope you heard of the Fictitious stories where everyone dies.

Honestly, I think Net Neutrality was sorta required for the internet to work well, but I guess we will see. Either way, I hope this situation is remedied and not an intended function.
