Best place to farm?

I am constantly needing Orokin cells and Neural Sensors for my forma is the best place to farm them both would it be assassination missions?

Dark Sector survival on Jupiter is the best for Neural sensors same for DS on Seda with Orokin cells.

Ceres Saturn has a few in the environment or in crates. If you can get one from Phorid when theres an invasion on Ceres or Saturn also. If you have a rsources booster you can get about 2-3 per pick up.

Neural sensors is a rare resource which means that it's pretty much useless to farm it without a resource booster (the yellow one). But with resource booster the best strategy - farm Salad while smashing all containers with some aoe warframe/weapon on the way to Salad. Because among containers there will be neural sensors array. Which often drops 2-3 things without the booster. With a booster you can get up to 10, 16 and 24 per run. I wouldn't recommend trying to open the lockers even tho yes they can also drop neural sensors but the chances are low and it takes a lot of the time. It's more efficient just running around with ignis or Equinox, killing Alad and repeating again in 2-3 minutes.

Survival is pretty pointless.
