philleapa
2 Solutions, 1. Bring rhino and keep the hostage close and rhino stomp when too many enemies get stuck. 2. Add me ill help i never really had trouble with rescue missions, even after update.
Exzion
The hostage has gun but he/she never use it.
philleapa
I have to agree with the OP the hostage is very very incompetent i had one running at a stair rail for a few minutes before i had to run back and push it in the right direction (Literally had to push it)
theangelbelow88
Hostage AI just needs some serious improving, one they have a gun but don't use it(kinda see a point, aggro)... Two why cant they sprint? Three if the path they have to fallow is even slightly complex they get stuck or take $&*&*#(%& routs...
Takhaos
If you have Vauban, just stick a bunch of Teslas to its head to boost its survivability.
Yggdrazzil
I never understood why we have to drag the rescued hostage back 'manually' while on capture missions we can simply teleport the mission target to safety. I wasn't talking about it from a gameplay perspective, but from a lore/logical perspective. You are absolutely right that it would be completely silly if you could skip the escort phase. ntyd1s
Another solution : have someone half of the team find and wait at extraction point if accessible. Can't agree more about hostage being $&*&*#(%&. Edited July 29, 2013 by ntyd1s
