question about the dragon keys

So i just started making my dragon keys and was wondering, is there a 100% spawnrate on the rooms, what i mean, will there always be one of the four rooms or are there times when there are none? aswell as can several spawn on one map

it is Always one room per map run and it is random on the key needed. that is why people will always want a full squad of one of each key to always open the door.

Hi Rare-devil,

What Derelict mission type are you farming? An Orokin Vault is guarantee to spawn in most mission type. You need to scour the entire map to find it. 

I think Derelict Defense is the only one that do not spawn a Vault.

Suggestions: I generally run Exterminate as the map can be smaller as compare to a Capture. Survival is great too since you only need/have 5 minutes to find the vault.
