Host migration leads to inability to load back into cetus forcing an abort

After a night of eidolon hunting, the host leaves, forcing host migration, I load in back right in front of Cetus, but I am unable to get back in, no matter the time I spent waiting, if i abort i am sent right back outside the Cetus door to start the wait again. This forced me to close the game, and all my cores that I collected, were lost.
