New account

I wanna start a new account to replay the game from scratch,  same PC same IP.  Is this allowed? Or trading with said account? Not trading with my main account but with other players?

IIRC you should be okay as long as you don't trade between your accounts or do anything sketchy like that, I think trading something to a friend and having them trade that same thing to your other account is also up for suspicion. Just play them like they are two separated accounts I suppose.

You're allowed to have as many accounts as you want.

But they must not interact in any way, so trading something from one account to the other is not allowed, this includes letting a friend hold it.

I think trading is allowed as long as it isn't something like rivens which could look like you're making alternate accounts to store rivens without buying more slots.

Yeah I was also thinking along the lines of like trading the raid arcanes from one account to the other to bypass the reward cooldown if you do them on multiple accounts

Multiple accounts if fine, but last I checked they are supposed to have zero contact between them.
