SSI_Seraph Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 Tested with a Balla dagger specificly and it didn't seem to proc while channeling and killing (with cl and after opening them to finnishers). Tried it immidiatly after with a rakta dark dagger under the same conditions and it worked just fine proccing the dispatch O. mouvement speed bonus.
